These terms apply to the public website at suwasarageedahana.com (and related preview domains we operate). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Suwasara Gee Dahana is an annual charity concert held in the first week of April, raising funds for kidney patients across Sri Lanka. We are based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

You may browse the site, read about the concert, and use the features we offer for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Break the law, or encourage anyone else to.
• Interfere with the site, the seatmap, or other visitors’ use of it.
• Scrape, copy, or republish the site in bulk without our permission.
• Submit false information, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Hold seats you do not intend to use, or try to disrupt ticket availability.

Concert dates, venues, artists, and ticket details on the site can change. Check the year you are viewing before you rely on it.

Ticket information on this website is for the concert year shown. A seat shown as available on the seatmap is not reserved for you until a purchase is confirmed by the ticketing service. Holds while you browse can expire.

If you buy tickets through a linked ticketing or payment service, that purchase is also subject to that service’s terms. Entry to the venue follows the ticket and the venue’s own rules. We may refuse entry, or cancel a show, if safety, law, or circumstances require it. If a show is cancelled, we will say how refunds, if any, will be handled.

Donations are voluntary gifts to support kidney patients. The amount, your name, email, and any message are what you submit on the donation form. We do not store payment card numbers on this website. Card or bank payments, when offered, are handled by the payment provider.

Funds are used for the charitable purpose of the concert. We can send a receipt on request. Whether a donation is tax-deductible depends on your own circumstances — please ask a tax advisor. We do not give tax advice.

When you share a story, you give us permission to review it and, if we accept it, to publish your name, comment, rating, and photo on this website and in concert materials for that year. You keep ownership of what you submit.

You confirm that:

• The story and photo are yours, or you have permission to share them.
• You will not include anyone else’s personal information, or a child’s photo or story, unless you are their parent or guardian.
• The content is not abusive, misleading, or unlawful.

We may edit for length, refuse a story, or take one down. Email info@suwasarageedahana.lk if you want a published story removed.

If you subscribe, we will email you about concert dates, ticket releases, and impact stories. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@suwasarageedahana.lk.

The name Suwasara Gee Dahana, the site design, text, photos, video, and logos belong to the organisers or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share links to the site. You may not copy our materials for your own event, products, or advertising without written permission.

Artist names, sponsor marks, and third-party content remain the property of their owners.

The site links to social networks, payment providers, and other services we do not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply once you leave this site. A link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete, current, or free of errors, or that the site will always be available. Nothing on the site is medical, financial, or legal advice.

To the extent the law allows, Suwasara Gee Dahana and its organisers, volunteers, and partners are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site, a change or cancellation of the concert, or a third-party service linked from the site. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms when the site or the concert changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
